Oh, please, no further major version in March.
I think it s fair to say at this point that the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 3 is basically an open mystery. The game was not only rumored and sounded, almost as soon as the remake of Resident Evil 2 in the shelves licked the game basically due to a strange random with the PSN. Well, the leaks are always on, as the game appeared with British retailers, even with a possible date of publication.
PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game are published by Base.com, a British retailer. You will find here and here. Interestingly, the game has a date that is not an obvious placeholder: March 31, 2020. As a rule, placeholders are the last day of the year. Nevertheless, there are several reasons to doubt this date. On the one hand, this would mean that, provided that the game is published this month, the publishing and marketing window is less than three months, which is unlikely for a great publication. This date is also a Tuesday and while most games will be released on Tuesday, Capcom has most of its main titles (such as Resident Evil 2 ) on Friday lately.
It is rumored that the game is officially revealed on Sony s priority of things. Hopefully we have a date. March is already pretty full. Will we soon add another major version? Stay tuned.
