According to Ubisoft, Ruckler is created by your programs, not through problems with the game

In the past, there were always cases in which DRM probably caused some rucklers while playing. For example, video game pirates remove the copy protection of Resident Evil Village, whereby the title ran a lot of fluid according to its own statements. Even with the recently published Far Cry 6, some players complained about Ruckler. Far Cry 6 places like most ubisoft titles on Uplay, Denuvo, and VM Protect. UPLAY acts as a DRM measure, Denuvo as anti-tamper technology, and VM Protect should prevent access to Denuvo. What should the performance problems be? According to Ubisoft, any performance problems are not at the rightly cumbersome copy protection, but on third-party software. For example, the Ubisoft Support Twitter channel referred to a post s mail that programs such as MSI Afterburner, Skype, Obs, Discord, Hamachi, and the like are guilty of performance problems. Of course, this is not completely ruled out, especially experienced users made a pleasant way about this statement....
